AVALANCHE RANDONNEUSE

PRESENTATION :
This randonneuse has been designed and built to ride many patents and to be on the start line of the next Paris-Brest-Paris. Its owner, who already had a fairly clear idea of what he wanted for this bike, changed his mind when he saw one of our bikes with connectors during a visit to the workshop. The combination of an oversized frame with contemporary lines and mirror-polished stainless steel fittings immediately appealed to him. For each tourer of this type, we specifically design the fittings, thus preserving our signature design and the possibility of complete customization. In particular, this allows us to combine these fittings with a carbon fork with tapered steerer tube. It's an ideal compromise for this tall rider, offering a steel bike that balances comfort and rigidity.
Component-wise, the bike's classic aesthetic is counterbalanced by a Sram electronic groupset and a pair of carbon wheels from French brand Duke. Polished stainless-steel mudguards from French brand Berthoud, and Son lamps complete the machine's silver touches, while providing our rider with perfect comfort and autonomy.
Finally, the paintwork, produced by Avalanche, as for every bike, is deliberately sober but bright, with the choice of this bright metallic red. Only three slender Totoro characters, evoking the family of the bike's owner, come to mind.
